Scars tell stories, but not everyone wants theirs on display. Whether it's an old surgical mark, a kitchen mishap, or acne's parting gift, Scar Cream is a daily-use gel designed to help scars look smoother, softer, and less noticeable over time.
The cold compress gel formula delivers a cooling, soothing sensation on application while keeping the skin moisturized — and well-moisturized skin is more elastic and better-looking as it recovers. It's the simple, consistent care that makes the visible difference.
Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin over the affected area, as directed. Use it daily — morning, evening, or both. The key word is patience: visible improvement in scar appearance takes weeks of steady use, so make it as automatic as brushing your teeth.
For external use only, on fully closed skin — never on open wounds, broken skin, or infected areas. Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
This product is a cosmetic skincare product, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have concerns about scarring, consult a dermatologist.

Nasty scar on my forearm from a dog bite last year. Three months of daily use and it is far less noticeable. I also stay out of the sun, which I think helped.
I was worried it would ruin my pillowcase. It absorbs fully before I go to bed. Two months in, scar is softer.
One for my surgery scar, one for my husband's old burn. We are both seeing improvement at the six week mark. Reordering.
Once I was cleared by my oncologist I started using this twice a day. I would recommend anyone going through this checks with their own team first. Six months later the scar is smooth and flat and I am comfortable in a swimsuit. It helped my confidence as much as the appearance itself. Consistency matters more than anything, so I kept the tube by my bed. I would tell anyone in this position to be patient.
The itching phase of scar healing drove me mad. This was the only thing that helped. Two weeks in and I am not scratching anymore.
Cut my hand on a glass and needed four stitches. Once healed, this twice a day for eight weeks. The scar is barely visible now.
No smell, no sting, no mess. Twice a day and it does what it says.
It is a proper gel, cool on contact, and it does not leave that plastic film. Four weeks in, my scar is flatter than it has been in years.
In a good way. No fragrance, no dyes, just a clear gel that works. Two months in and my scar is much less raised.
I apply it in the morning under a plaster and it does not get slimy. Six weeks in, the scar is flatter.
Scars take time, and anyone expecting a week is going to be disappointed. I am six weeks in and can see a real difference in colour and texture, though it is gradual. The raised edge on my knee is softer than it was in spring. I am planning to use it for another three months before I judge the final result. Photographs every two weeks are the only reason I can see the change. Worth the patience.
I took photos every two weeks. At week two no change, week four slight change, week eight clear change. Slow but consistent. Keep going. I took photos in the same light every two weeks, which is the only way I could see the slow change. Week eight was the first obvious difference.
I tried it on stretch marks and they look less red after two months. Not a miracle.
Mine is on my elbow where the skin moves constantly. This stays put and does not rub off. Eight weeks in, much smoother.
Six months postpartum and the scar was raised and red. Eight weeks of using this twice a day and it is noticeably softer and lighter. I massage it in rather than just apply.
Only 30g, but you need a tiny amount. Six weeks of daily use and plenty left.
I burned my forearm on an oven rack in June. Used this once the skin closed and the redness faded much faster than usual. No puckering either. The skin closed after about ten days and I started using this then. The redness faded faster than with the last burn I had. I used it three times a day for the first fortnight, then twice.
The tube is a bit stiff to squeeze when it gets low. Otherwise the product is excellent and the cooling effect is lovely.
The gel cools the area which is lovely in summer. My scar is on my shoulder and it gets hot under a shirt. This has been genuinely comfortable.
My surgeon said to wait until the wound was fully closed, then massage the area. I did that twice a day for ten weeks, morning after a shower and again before bed. The line is thin and pale now, much better than I expected at my age. I also kept it out of the sun all summer, which I am sure helped. I would recommend starting as soon as your surgeon clears you. Very happy with the result.
She had a mole removed and was self conscious about the mark. Four weeks of this and she says it is much less obvious. She is using it herself without reminders.
She uses it on a scar on her hand, I use it on my knee. One tube between us lasts about two months. Both of us see improvement.
My son had a scraped knee that healed with a dark mark. A month of this and the mark is much lighter. He does not mind it because it feels cool.
My skin is sensitive and reacts to most topical products. This has caused nothing at all. Four weeks in and the scar is less red.
I have shallow scars on my cheeks from old breakouts. Three months of nightly use and the texture is smoother. Not gone, but softer.
The cold compress feel is what sells this. After my surgery the scar was hot and itchy and this calmed it within a minute. I kept the tube in the fridge, which made it even better in July. Three weeks in and the scar is flatter than it was. My surgeon was happy with how it healed at the six week check. I am still using it twice a day.
The cooling effect is strong for the first minute. I actually like it, but if you are sensitive to cold, warm the tube in your hands first.
Great product but 30g goes quickly if you are treating a large area. A 60g tube would be ideal. Still five stars.
Gel texture, absorbs fast, no residue on my clothes. Two months in and the old burn scar on my arm is much less visible.
Six weeks in and the texture of a childhood scar is smoother. I did not expect much.
