Cancellation policy

This policy applies only to products purchased through a recurring subscription with YiaknisUK. It does not apply to one-time purchases.

The price, billing frequency and delivery frequency of a subscription are shown before you complete your purchase. Your chosen payment method will be charged for each scheduled subscription order until you cancel the subscription.

You may request to cancel your subscription at any time by emailing sxigzmsshe@outlook.com with your name, order number and the email address used for the purchase. There is no subscription cancellation fee.

To avoid a charge for the next scheduled order, please contact us before that order is processed. Once we confirm cancellation, no further subscription orders will be created or charged. Cancellation does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched.

If an order has already been processed, please contact us. Our Returns and Refunds Policy and your applicable consumer rights will govern any cancellation, return or refund of that order.
