Products and information

We aim to present our beauty and wellness products accurately. Product descriptions, ingredients, directions and images are provided to help you make an informed choice. Please read the information on the product page and packaging before use. If you have a question about a product, contact us before ordering.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, if we cannot fulfil an order, or if there is an error affecting the order. If we cannot fulfil an order for which you have paid, we will refund the affected amount.

Product prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you submit your order.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–5 days within the United Kingdom and 7–15 days for international orders. These are estimates; please see our Shipping Policy for further details.

Returns and refunds

If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to request a return, the applicable product exceptions and how refunds are processed. We do not charge return handling or restocking fees, and VICAFUCI covers return shipping as described in that policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping. Website content, including text, images and branding, must not be copied or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version available when you place an order will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
